Get hands-on experience in influencer marketing, content strategy, and community building. If you’re ready to create hype and connect with real communities, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Creator Scouting & Engagement
    • Research and identify fitness creators and athlete influencers (approx. 60% GCC / 40% global).
    • Assist in evaluating creators based on brand fit, content quality, storytelling ability, and audience relevance.
    • Support creator outreach, communication, and onboarding processes.
  2. Relationship Support
    • Help maintain positive, professional relationships with creators.
    • Track creator profiles, preferences, content styles, and collaboration history.
    • Support ongoing communication and coordination.
  3. Product Seeding & Brand Integration
    • Assist in coordinating product seeding (outfit drops, lifestyle kits, athlete capsules).
    • Track shipments and creator deliveries.
    • Ensure creators receive correct products and basic brand guidelines for content usage.
  4. Social Listening & Brand Monitoring
    • Support monitoring of brand mentions, creator content, and community conversations.
    • Help track emerging creators, trends, and conversation spikes.
    • Contribute to simple weekly summaries and reports.
  5. Content & Performance Tracking
    • Collect engagement data (views, likes, shares, comments) for creator content.
    • Help organize performance dashboards and spreadsheets.
    • Flag high-performing creators and content formats.
  6. UGC Support
    • Assist in organizing and tagging user-generated content for organic and paid social use.
    • Support coordination between creators, content team, and performance marketing team.
    • Help ensure UGC aligns with SQUATWOLF’s creative direction and brand tone.
Requirements
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in fitness, social media, influencer culture, and digital content.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Based in Dubai or able to commute.
