Client

The boutique firm's client currently has their main preengineered building systems (PEB) manufacturing plant in Dubai. They currently provide their PEB solutions primarily in the UAE, Saudi and Africa.

Role

The client needs a consultant with deep understanding of preengineered building systems. The consultant needs to undertake an operational efficiency assessment of the operations to help determine what changes need to take place to create more value and what potential addon initiatives are required to make the operations more initiatives.

Key Deliverables

• 10 years of PEB and manufacturing industry experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work directly with highly experienced PEB employees
• Ability to work and travel partially on the client’s premises and partially at home

Skills and experience required

• Effectively manage stakeholders
• Interface with a wide range of management level internal stakeholders including c-suite interactions
• Agree priorities and ensure the required outputs are delivered on schedule

Logistics

Start date: Immediate

Duration: Candidates from outside of Dubai will be considered during the assignment.

Location: Dubai, UAE. Travel to Dubai is required during onsite client visits. Remote work is available for documentation.

Rate

Rate is linked to deliverables. Three deliverables are expected:

1. Operational efficiency assessment of the current state
2. Value creation model for the future state plus the initiatives required to generate the value
3. Input into the 5 year strategy as a subject matter expert (you will be working alongside a strategy consultant and your expertise will be required to help design a growth plan).

Rate: The daily net rate to the consultant will be AUD $1400 per day.

Total length of the assignment to be negotiated with the suitable candidate.
