The team advises contractors, developers, project companies and sponsors on complex international arbitration proceedings and dispute advisory matters arising out of major infrastructure, energy and construction projects across the Middle East and beyond.

You will work closely with senior lawyers on substantial international arbitration matters while also gaining exposure to front end dispute avoidance and project advisory work. The role offers early responsibility, direct client contact and the opportunity to develop within a team consistently recognised for the quality of its construction disputes practice.

Candidates should have between 1-3yrs post qualification experience, ideally with exposure to construction disputes, arbitration or project related contentious work. Regional experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong drafting skills, sound organisation and a collaborative, commercially minded approach will be important.

A competitive financial package is offered together with structured training, genuine career development and the opportunity to progress within a supportive and market leading disputes team. Dubai offers access to high value international disputes work, tax efficient earnings and a dynamic lifestyle, making it an attractive base for lawyers seeking early responsibility and long-term career progression in the construction disputes space.
