Qualifications

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
• Possession of a UAE driving license is required for vehicle-related duties.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and facilitate a warm welcome upon arrival.
• Assist guests with luggage, including transfer and delivery.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from guests.
• Maintain high service standards and safety in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Coordinate transportation and services for guests’ comfort.
• Deliver items and handle communications for the Guest Services team.
• Use hotel management systems to log and track luggage and services.
• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless guest experience.
