Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Placement Manager to lead the placement operations, drive corporate partnerships, and shape the future for learners by connecting them with meaningful career paths.

Responsibilities
  • Drive internship and placement outcomes across all training programs, ensuring high-quality job placements for our learners
  • Build and maintain strong corporate relationships, developing B2B proposals and partnerships with key stakeholders in the UAE
  • Conduct career readiness sessions and market trend advisory to equip learners with industry-relevant skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with academic teams to ensure job-market aligned skilling, fostering a culture of employability and career success

Proficient in multiple Arabic dialects, with the ability to understand and communicate effectively in various local dialects.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in placements, recruitment, or corporate engagement in the UAE
  • Strong network of corporate contacts in HR and Learning & Development (L&D) in the UAE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven mindset
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Female candidates preferred; Indian nationality desirable
