The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, particularly in multi-entity environments, and is adept at drafting HR policies.   • Experience in multi-entity or group environments is advantageous.
  • UAE or GCC experience preferred.

Type: 1 year extendable

Core Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of UAE salary structures, allowances, benefits, and pension calculations.
  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits: benchmarking, pay structures, internal parity, manpower costing.
  • Hands-on with Job Evaluation (Korn Ferry / Hay preferred).
  • Exposure to OD work: org structures, job descriptions, role mapping.
  • Ability to draft/review HR policies.
  • Strong HR analytics and Excel modelling skills.
Experience and Skills:
  • 3-5 years in C&B / HR Analytics / OD.
  • UAE or GCC experience preferred.
  • Experience in multi-entity/group environments is a plus.
