Job description

ISS International SpA is looking for a Commissioning Manager for an Integrated PVC complex Production Plant in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Activity will be based at EPC Main Contractor in Abu Dhabi office, supporting pre‑commissioning, mechanical completion, commissioning, test run, and start‑up preparation activities during the engineering and readiness phases.

Main responsibilities

• Overall commissioning strategy, planning, interface with final client, verification of deliverables.
• During the first phase of the project: review P&ID, C&E, define test criteria for OTP/FTP; advise on process optimization, verify documentation, procedures, checklists.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industries (Upstream, Refinery, Petrochemical, etc.)
• At least 5 years as commissioning manager in petrochemical projects,
• Experience in at least one leading role for the commissioning of a PVC plant project is mandatory
• English fluent
