  • Assist in preparing and baking various types of bread, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards
  • Measure and weigh ingredients accurately, ensuring consistency in all baked products
  • Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and other kitchen tools
  • Monitor baking processes and adjust temperatures or baking times as needed
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet production schedules and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of baking ingredients and supplies
