Position Objective

The Commercial Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in driving partnerships within our Concierge Marketplace. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with service providers, enhancing our marketplace offerings, and creating an exceptional user experience. This role requires a combination of strategic vision and hands‑on execution in generating impactful partnerships that will propel our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage key partnerships with service providers in the luxury and concierge industry.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with our marketplace goals and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create compelling offerings and campaigns that leverage partnerships.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor landscape to identify new opportunities for partnership growth.
  • Establish metrics for success and report on the performance of partnerships to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding for new partners to ensure alignment with our brand standards and expectations.
  • Collaborate with partners to innovate new services and features that can be integrated into the marketplace.
