Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of projects ensuring compliance with contracts and financial objectives.
• Oversee cost control, procurement, contract administration and risk management.
• Manage claims, variations and dispute resolution in collaboration with legal and project teams.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize project profitability.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards.
• Provide commercial reports, forecasts and financial assessments to senior management.
• Support project teams in achieving budgetary and contractual targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial management within construction and consultancy sectors.
• Experience in procuring consultants.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local regulations in the UAE.
