Role Overview

As a Commercial Analyst – Lead Generation, you will play a key role in fueling Interpolitan’s commercial pipeline. Your mission: to research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities for our global sales teams by reaching out to potential clients, introducers, and intermediaries creating warm, high-quality leads that convert into tangible business. This is a proactive, outbound role suited for someone commercially curious, confident on the phone, and disciplined in execution. You’ll work closely with the UK and global sales teams, following structured outreach plans and contributing directly to our growth strategy. Success here isn’t measured by calls alone it’s measured by the quality of opportunities created and the commercial impact that follows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate qualified leads across target sectors legal, property, construction, private client, and corporate intermediaries.
  • Conduct structured outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to engage prospects and set qualified meetings for the Global Sales and Structured Solutions teams.
  • Research and profile target organisations, mapping key stakeholders partners, finance heads, compliance leaders, or business owners.
  • Qualify opportunities through structured discovery, assessing client needs, transaction types, and fit for Escrow, TPMA, or Project Account solutions.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and discipline (HubSpot) logging activity, lead stages, and key insights in line with Interpolitan’s commercial governance framework.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to improve outreach scripts, targeting, and campaign conversion rates.
  • Feed back market intelligence trends, objections, or patterns to strengthen sector strategies and inform future campaigns.
  • Operate with accountability for pipeline creation and lead conversion metrics; every activity should add measurable commercial value.

Experience & Commercial Acumen
  • 2–3 years’ experience in outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation, ideally within financial services, fintech, or professional services.
  • Strong communication skills articulate, credible, and comfortable engaging senior professionals.
