• Experience in marketing growth or business development, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or training industries.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited to build something from the ground up.
• Experience with paid ads, sales funnels, partnerships, and community management is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute marketing and community growth strategies.
• Develop B2B and B2C sales pipelines for certifications and training programs.
• Launch and manage partnerships with universities, companies, and tech hubs.
• Create campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Help organize webinars, live workshops, and events.
• Grow and lead a marketing/sales team as we scale.

Arabian Agile Professionals is an Arabic platform specialized in Agile training leadership development and certification programs tailored for the Arab worlds unique cultural and business environment. Weve just launched our first full certification program and were building a community that will transform the future of work in the region.

Now we are seeking a passionate ambitious and actiondriven CoFounder to join the journey!

As a CoFounder (focused on Marketing / Business Development) you will help build grow and scale Arabian Agile Professionals into the goto platform for Agile excellence across the MENA region. Youll work closely with the Founder to define and execute the marketing strategy lead sales efforts create partnerships and activate our professional community.

Tasks

• Build and execute marketing and community growth strategies.
• Develop B2B and B2C sales pipelines for our certifications and training programs.
• Launch and manage partnerships with universities companies and tech hubs.
• Create campaigns across LinkedIn Instagram TikTok and YouTube to drive brand awareness.
• Help organize webinars live workshops and events.
• Grow and lead a marketing/sales team as we scale.

Requirements

• Are passionate about Agile learning and the Arab professional community.
• Have experience in marketing growth or business development (preferably in EdTech SaaS or training industries).
• Are entrepreneurial proactive and excited to build something from the ground up.
• Love working with earlystage projects and are not afraid of handson work.
• Are a storyteller: you know how to position a brand and communicate value clearly.
• Are fluent in Arabic or English.
• Bonus: Experience with paid ads sales funnels partnerships and community management.
