We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Sales Manager – Corporate to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing corporate client relationships across multiple clusters in the region.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our corporate client base and increase revenue within assigned clusters
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to corporate clients
  • Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of managing and growing corporate accounts
