This role involves establishing strong business relationships, monitoring market activities, and achieving revenue targets. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in marketing and at least 3 years of relevant experience in luxury hotel sales. You will participate in and lead all sales activities across the assigned cluster of hotels, working in line with the overall sales and marketing strategy for various market segments to exceed revenue goals and targets for the cluster. The scope of responsibility includes.Margin: promoting the cluster hotel brands, contracting new business, growing key accounts, and maximizing total revenue across all properties.
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong business relationships within local, domestic, and international markets, monitoring competitor activities and market intelligence across the cluster, attending travel functions and sales roadshows, and organizing sales trips to drive business for all hotels within the cluster.
The company will provide training and development to equip you to be a confident and high-performing Cluster Sales Manager who stands out in the market by delivering exceptional results. You will report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, who will provide ongoing coaching and support to help you achieve your objectives.
