As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and profitability across the cluster.
  • Oversee both Revenue Management and Reservations, ensuring alignment in strategy, execution, and service delivery.
  • Lead the reservations team to provide efficient, accurate, and guest-focused booking services consistent with five-star standards.
  • Optimize pricing, distribution channels, and inventory management across direct and third-party booking platforms.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and demand patterns to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and detailed performance reports for the Cluster DOSM and senior leadership.
  • Chair regular cluster revenue meetings and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, data integrity, and system accuracy across RMS, PMS, CRS, and channel managers.
  • Train, mentor, and develop revenue and reservations team members, fostering a high-performance culture across both properties.
  • Build and implement pre-opening revenue and reservations processes, systems, and structures for the new upcoming property.

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of progressive experience in Revenue Management, with at least 2 years in a cluster or multi-property leadership role within luxury/five-star hotels.
  • Proven experience managing both Revenue and Reservations departments.
  • Strong background in pre-opening projects (establishing commercial and reservations systems and standards is highly desirable).
  • Expertise in Revenue Management Systems (RMS), PMS, CRS, GDS, and channel distribution platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Results-driven, commercially savvy, and highly organized with the ability to balance operational execution with strategic planning.
