Qualifications

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To support and guide the development of employee clinical competence, including compliance with licensure requirements through the design, facilitation and assessment of various clinical learning and development programmes and deliver training interventions that will enable clinical licensing for clinical employees in line with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science or Diploma in Nursing. Licensed as a registered nurse/ midwife with the relevant healthcare authority.

Experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years general and/or specialised clinical nursing experience. At least 2-3 years' relevant experience within a healthcare clinical education setting.
