A global financial firm is seeking a Client Service Officer in the United Arab Emirates. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 7+ years in client service. Responsibilities include acting as a contact point for clients and resolving inquiries, managing reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidate will have the ability to solution a multitude of different issues in collaboration with operations teams while providing a high level of customer service and creating efficiencies within the Client Service team. Individual will be required to show initiative, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Investment Services (IS). Investment Services gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, Investment Services’ tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.

Batchelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting preferred
Proven track record in a client service and operations environment with over 7+ years client-facing experience, or same duration of similar experience.
