General Overview

We are supporting our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector, to hire an experienced Client Relationship Manager -General Insurance (Arabic Speaker). The ideal candidate will manage and grow a diverse portfolio of large corporate clients, with a strong focus on property insurance within the UAE market.

This role requires a highly skilled insurance professional who can strengthen C‑suite relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored risk management and insurance solutions. The candidate will play a key role in driving retention and contributing to new business revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate clients with an emphasis on property insurance.
  • Conduct comprehensive GAP analyses to identify growth potential and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑suite executives to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Develop and implement customized risk management and insurance programs aligned with client needs.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including Risk Consulting and Mercer Marsh Benefits to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead client renewal strategies and contribute to achieving new business and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation, client information, and oversee related administrative processes.
  • Ensure exceptional client service while supporting long‑term strategic account planning.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of insurance experience, preferably within a multinational insurance or brokerage environment.
  • Proven expertise in general lines insurance, with strong knowledge of property portfolios and corporate accounts.
  • Fluency in Arabic and solid experience within the UAE insurance market (mandatory).
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience handling diverse corporate client portfolios in the UAE.
  • Preferred: CII certification or recognized qualifications in general insurance.
