Role Overview
As a Client Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. You will manage inbound inquiries, qualify prospects, and ensure clients receive accurate information about our services. Working in close collaboration with our legal, compliance, and business development teams, you will support clients throughout the onboarding process and ensure they feel valued and well-served.
Your role is critical to shaping the client’s first impression of our company. Professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-office representative for incoming leads (phone, email, in-person, and online)
- Handle initial client inquiries, provide basic information about services, and escalate to specialists when needed
- Qualify and assess potential clients before passing them to the business development team
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between clients and internal teams (legal, compliance, consulting)
- Assist in organizing client meetings, follow-ups, and documentation requests
- Represent the company with a professional appearance and manner at all times
Mandatory Requirements
We require (applications without these will not be considered):
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing or sales support role (front office, customer relations, corporate services, consulting, or legal services preferred)
- English: Native or C1 level (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or a closely related discipline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in a Corporate Service Provider, consulting firm, financial services, or law firm
- Understanding of corporate services, company formation, or compliance processes
- Knowledge of international business and cross-border client needs
- Additional language skills (Arabic, Mandarin, or European languages)
