  • Issue materials against authorized requisitions with proper documentation.
  • Conduct routine and cycle stock counts and support periodic inventories.

Job Purpose

To ensure accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials, tools, and equipment in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and inventory control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and specifications.
  • Record all receipts and issues accurately in the inventory management system (manual or ERP).
  • Store materials in designated locations following FIFO/FEFO, safety, and storage guidelines.
  • Issue materials against authorized requisitions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Maintain bin cards, stock registers, and system records with high accuracy.
  • Conduct routine and cycle stock counts and support periodic physical inventories.
  • Identify and report damaged, expired, or non-conforming items.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the store area.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
  • Support audits by providing required documentation and stock information.
Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in logistics/supply chain preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in a store or warehouse environment.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and storage practices.
