Job Description: Civil Project Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary: ₹1,40,000 per month
Job Summary
The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering civil construction projects in accordance with approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project execution from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end civil construction projects, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure works
- Develop project schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, cost controls, and quality benchmarks
- Review drawings, BOQs, method statements, and technical specifications for compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, local authority requirements, and industry standards
- Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and coordination meetings with stakeholders
- Manage variations, claims, and change orders effectively
- Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and documentation to management
- Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues to minimize project delays
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in civil construction projects
- Prior GCC/UAE project experience is strongly preferred
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and project execution
- Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and basic understanding of BIM coordination
- Excellent leadership, team management, and coordination skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Sound understanding of contract management, cost control, and risk mitigation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project priorities
