About the job CIVIL 3D MODELER

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for roads, hydrology, and drainage systems in line with project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accurate model representation and multidisciplinary integration.
• Prepare construction drawings, cross-sections, and visualizations from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, modeling standards, and data accuracy.
• Support clash detection, quantity takeoffs, and coordination using BIM tools.
• Produce 2D shop drawing experts.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, ideally in roads, drainage, and hydrology.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Autocad and other relevant BIM software for infrastructure design.
• Ability to work across different project types (roads and hydrology) is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
