About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives in Dubai. The CTO will drive innovation, optimize technology infrastructure, and ensure the seamless integration of emerging technologies to support business growth and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall technology strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead and oversee digital transformation projects across all business units
• Architect scalable and secure technology solutions, including cloud adoption and enterprise systems
• Manage and mentor high-performing engineering, IT and product development teams
• Collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders to prioritize technology investments
• Establish governance frameworks, policies and best practices for technology operationsMonitor technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on the organization
• Oversee technology budgeting, resource allocation and vendor management

Skills

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including C-suite roles
• Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive technology strategies
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale digital transformation programs
• Expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise architecture and software development life cycle
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior CTO or equivalent executive experience in the MENA region
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps culture
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning and data analytics implementations
• MBA or executive education in technology management
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
• Experience with regulatory environments and government technology initiatives in the UAE
