• Develop the strategy for IT Infrastructure so that it is consistent strategic direction and ensures IT Infrastructure services are provided to an international standard.
• Create the budget for IT Infrastructure in line with the budget on IT.
• Create policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented across so that there is consistency in the use and development of IT Infrastructure services.
• Operate IT infrastructure solutions and manage and execute day oversee Infrastructure technology management and ensure its maintenance regularly; and Oversee datacenter management of IT. day operational activities in line with defined policies, processes, and service level agreements.
• Maintain and update the operations of the IT systems according to the best international standards.
• Plan Business Continuity and Diverse Infrastructure technology management and ensure its maintenance regularly; and Oversee datacenter management of IT. Recovery for the IT Infrastructure function.
• Manage and maintain the system performance at high levels and report any potential or existing threats or imbalances.
• Implement appropriate level of Business Continuity Management measures for counteracting interruptions to business activities.
• Ensure compliance of Outsourced Software/Hardware and manage IT software licenses.
• Manage and maintain data storage and backup systems.
• Oversee Infrastructure technology management and ensure its maintenance regularly; and Oversee datacenter management of IT.

Requirements

• Should be fluent in English & Arabic Language (MANDATORY - Need a ARABIC SPEAKING CANDIDATE).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15 years of experience working in IT operations.
• Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
