Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in automotive engineering, including 10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects from concept to mass production.
• Strong understanding of automotive standards and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of automotive product development.
• Manage the engineering budget and ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Oversee compliance with international quality systems.
