We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team and contribute to creating memorable high-quality dining experiences. This role is essential in delivering dishes that reflect the spirit of adventure community and authenticity that defines our retreat.

Culinary Expertise & Kitchen Operations
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards maintaining consistency and quality across all menu items.
  • Assist in menu planning recipe execution and portion control under the guidance of the Head Chef.
  • Ensure all ingredients are prepared organized and ready for service supporting a smooth kitchen operation.
  • Maintain awareness of guest preferences and dietary requirements ensuring personalized culinary experiences.
Hygiene Safety & Standards
  • Follow strict hygiene sanitation and food safety standards at all times.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations equipment and storage areas.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
  • Report any equipment faults hazards or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
Collaboration & Teamwork
  • Work closely with other chefs kitchen staff and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as required.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving menu service and kitchen processes.

Qualifications :
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in similar kitchen roles within hotels resorts or restaurants preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques plating and kitchen operations.
  • Friendly approachable and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexible to work shifts weekends and public holidays as required.
