We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie (Multi-Cuisine) to join a prestigious VVIP private household in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a refined palate, and experience delivering high-quality cuisine in a private or luxury environment.

This role requires professionalism, flexibility, and a strong understanding of international cuisines, with an emphasis on quality, presentation, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes across multiple cuisines (e.g. European, Asian, Middle Eastern, and international).

  • Assist the Head Chef / Private Chef in daily kitchen operations.

  • Ensure meals meet the preferences, dietary requirements, and expectations of the VVIP family and guests.

  • Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation standards.

  • Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.

  • Manage mise en place and ensure smooth service during meal times.

  • Monitor food storage, stock rotation, and ingredient freshness.

  • Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient workflow.

  • Adapt menus and dishes based on seasonal ingredients and special requests.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in a private household environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, yachts, or private households.

  • Strong experience in multi-cuisine cooking.

  • Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.

  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.

  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work according to family needs.

  • Well-groomed, disciplined, and professional at all times.

  • Previous experience working in VVIP or private household environments is highly preferred.
