We are looking for a talented and creative chef who has a passion for preparing fresh high-quality dishes and cocktails in a relaxed yet upscale environment. If you enjoy working in a vibrant atmosphere and have experience in beachside or resort kitchens we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for guests at the beach bar including appetizers salads and light meals while adhering to the resorts culinary standards.
  • Design and create a menu that aligns with the beach bars theme incorporating fresh local ingredients.
  • Ensure that the kitchen area is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and fellow team members to facilitate smooth kitchen operations and service.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies ensuring consistent availability of fresh ingredients.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques and service standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends and introduce innovative concepts for dishes and beverages.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or resort setting preferably with beach bar or outdoor dining experience.
  • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Culinary Arts or a related field
  • Strong cooking skills with knowledge of diverse cuisines and presentation techniques.
