Overview

Commis I - Pastry Chef - Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah. A Commis I impacts every visitor experience with food production and presentation at our restaurants, bars, room service, receptions and in-hotel coffee shops.

What will I be doing? As a Commis I, you will be in charge of maintaining the finest quality standards for the food and beverage operations inside dining establishments, bars, receptions facilities, in-hotel cafes, and to fulfill room service demands. You will work with your team to deliver an excellent quality service that goes beyond guest expectations.

Key responsibilities include ensuring consistent high-quality food production according to Hilton's standards, performing tasks promptly, contributing to kitchen profitability through reliable food cost control, supporting the Kitchen brigade, and fulfilling all health and hygiene requirements.
