We are looking for an individual who has a passion for cooking, with experience and knowledge of international cuisines and food trends. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in menu creation, kitchen management, and team supervision. They will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

The role will involve creating innovative dishes that meet customer expectations, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. If necessary, you will be expected to train other staff members in food safety regulations, hygiene practices and kitchen procedures. You should also be able to order ingredients efficiently and maintain stock levels according to budget restrictions.
