Overview
Interpolitan exists to empower global opportunity, for clients, partners, and people. We are a premium cross-border capital platform supporting corporates, funds, family offices, private clients, and professional intermediaries operating internationally. Our regulated, multi-currency solutions enable clients to structure, move, and deploy capital across jurisdictions with speed, confidence, and control. Interpolitan was built to remove constraints in international finance, combining regulatory rigour with commercial agility and a relationship-led approach to service. We are a values-led organisation, guided by integrity, accountability, and long-term thinking. With operations across the UK, UAE, India, and Canada, Interpolitan is entering a decisive phase of growth. We are strengthening our executive leadership team to support the next stage of international scale and platform evolution.
The Opportunity
The Chief Financial Officer will be a central architect of Interpolitan’s next phase. Reporting directly to the CEO and Board, the CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving performance and ensuring that growth is underpinned by strong financial discipline, governance and capital management. This is a hands-on, commercially focused CFO role in a regulated, international financial services business – suited to a leader who thrives in high-growth environments and is comfortable operating both strategically and operationally. You will work as a close partner to the CEO and C-Suite, translating ambition into financial reality, building scalable financial infrastructure and providing clear, trusted insight to support decision-making at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Commercial Leadership: Act as a core strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, shaping and executing Interpolitan’s growth strategy. Provide rigorous commercial insight across pricing, revenue mix, margins, and profitability. Support strategic initiatives including new product launches, international expansion, partnerships, and structural decisions. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Board, contributing to long-term value creation.
- Financial Planning, Performance & Insight: Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across the Group. Deliver high-quality management reporting, KPIs, and financial analysis that directly inform action. Embed performance discipline across the organisation, linking financial outcomes to operational and revenue drivers. Elevate financial literacy and commercial accountability across the leadership team.
- Governance, Risk & Regulation: Partner closely with the CRO to ensure robust financial risk management, controls, and governance. Oversee statutory accounts, audits, and regulatory financial reporting across jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with all applicable financial, tax, and regulatory requirements. Support engagement with auditors, regulators, and key external stakeholders.
- Capital, Liquidity & Operational Scale: Own cash flow, liquidity and working capital management. Lead capital planning to support sustainable growth and balance sheet strength. Partner with the COO to design scalable, efficient financial and operational processes. Drive cost discipline and margin optimisation while enabling growth and innovation.
- Leadership & Capability: Build and lead a high-performing, internationally distributed finance function. Establish systems, controls, and standards appropriate for a scaling, regulated business.
