Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performoutbound calls to customers to obtain or update CDD/EDD information anddocumentation in line with compliance standards.
  • Captureand authorize customer data accurately in the Bank’s core and archiving systemsto ensure data integrity.
  • Reviewsystem data to confirm completeness and consistency with required CDD/EDDdocumentation.
  • Trackoutstanding remediation cases and follow up with customers and internal teams to achieve timely closure.
  • Liaisewith compliance and operations teams to address CDD/EDD-related gaps and ensureprocess alignment.
  • Maintainupdated records of customer interactions and remediation progress to supportaudits and reporting.
  • Assistthe Team Leader in project coordination and deliverables to ensure complianceobjectives are met.

All the above accountabilities included but not limited to anyadditional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma / Intermediate or bachelor’s degree in management, Banking, or Finance.
