Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash, card and digital payments with responsibility.
• Manage order flow between customers and the kitchen team.
• Assist with packing and handing over food orders.
• Keep the counter and serving area clean and organized.
• Upsell items and promote special offers when appropriate.

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a crowded fast‑paced setting.
• Basic math and computer/POS skills.
