A leading airline based in Dubai is seeking a motivated candidate to join their Cargo Regional Office. The role involves coordinating cargo and passenger schedules, managing interline issues, and promoting digital sales channels. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's degree, excellent English skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Job Summary
As the Turkish Cargo Regional Office at Dubai, we oversee approximately 70 online stations within our network and manage a fleet of 33 freighter aircraft. Our team is responsible for coordinating the cargo aircraft network planning and implementing schedule changes, closely monitoring freighter performance, and producing regular performance reports. We actively track market trends, production volumes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
We foster strong relationships with other airlines, manage processes with our sales partners (GSA/ACS), and arrange charter operations from other carriers when Turkish Airlines’ capacity is insufficient. Additionally, we coordinate participation in industry events such as fairs, conferences, and exhibitions both within the region and internationally. To strengthen customer engagement, we also organize familiarization trips (FAM Trips) for key clients, ensuring they experience our services and capabilities firsthand.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate Cargo and Passenger Schedule related matters.
• Manage Interline-related issues.
• Handle GSA (General Sales Agent) related matters.
• Promote and drive the use of digital sales channels.
• Monitor and report market trends.
• Coordinate activities related to advertising, communication, events, sponsorships, and promotions.
• Create and update Power BI reports.
• Evaluate and process ticket requests from loyal customers.
• Prepare and update contact lists and mailing groups.
• Draft and distribute marketing announcements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); Turkish proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Candidates must have a valid UAE work permit or be willing to cover all costs that may arise during the UAE work permit process.
