This role plays a crucial part in delivering high quality personalized healthcare support to patients in a home setting. As a Caregiver you will ensure that patients receive the necessary medical care attention and support they need to remain comfortable and healthy in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Homecare Doctor with patient assessments and followup visits
• Support patients with their daily living needs such as bathing, dressing and meal preparation
• Monitor patients health status and report any concerns to the Homecare Doctor
• Administer prescribed medications and ensure compliance with the treatment plan
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and interactions
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients adhering to health standards
• Collaborate with the Homecare Doctor and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care

Requirements

• Previous experience as a caregiver particularly in a homecare or healthcare setting
• Educational background in nursing, healthcare or related fields is advantageous
• Strong communication and empathy skills to support patients and families
