Qualifications

  • Advocate for patient rights and participate in rounds.
  • Provide general administrative services to ensure effective daily operations.

Skills

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To support clinical licensed staff in providing patient care support within scope of regulator guidelines and aligned with quality and patient safety standards

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Provide fundamental Patient Care under the guidance of licensed personnel

Maintenance and supervision of Central Sterile Supply items in the ward

Upholding and advocating for Patient Rights

Participation in intentional rounds

Provide general administrative services to the unit to ensure effective daily operations

REQUIRED EDUCATION

High School Diploma or equivalent and a formal accredited 6-month Health care course OR Diploma in Nursing or equivalent from an institution accredited in home country

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Inpatient hospital setting as HCW

Health Service background with a basic understanding of health and social care in a clinical setting

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
