Our company is seeking an accomplished Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our innovative healthcare team. As a Cardiothoracic Surgeon, you will take on the critical responsibility of diagnosing and surgically treating patients with complex conditions affecting the heart and thoracic area. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostic assessments of patients with cardiothoracic conditions
  • Develop and implement personalized surgical treatment plans based on comprehensive patient evaluations
  • Perform various surgical procedures, including but not limited to coronary bypass surgeries, valve repairs, and thoracotomies
  • Utilize minimally invasive surgical techniques to optimize patient recovery and outcomes
  • Collaborate with critical care teams to manage patient care in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative settings
  • Monitor patient progress, addressing any complications promptly and effectively
  • Contribute to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives within the cardiothoracic department
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Requirements
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of a General Surgery residency and Cardiothoracic Surgery fellowship
  • Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery is preferred
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience in a cardiothoracic surgical role
