We are looking for an experienced Call Centre Agent to join our dubizzle Pro Motors team in Dubai.

In This Role, You Will
  • Handle high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from numerous channels
  • Meet our customer SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Deal with outbound calls to target potential customers and be required to meet conversion quotas and KPIs
  • Handle calendar appointments for the field sales team
  • Manage and handle customer complaints, escalating to the relevant stakeholders and ensuring accurate reporting
  • Handle customer enquiries and emails
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months experience working in a call center/telesales role
  • Experience in a fast‑paced role requiring continuous multitasking (you will handle a constant stream of inbound calls whilst also answering customer emails and WhatsApp messages)
  • Flexible with working hours
  • Available 6 days a week and potentially Fridays
  • Hard working, willing to go above and beyond to deliver
