A leading IT support provider in Sharjah is seeking a Business Systems Support Specialist to enhance their Global IT Team. The role focuses on providing day-time support to staff and implementing enhancements across key systems like HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics. Candidates should have a degree in IT-related disciplines and at least 5 years of experience in supporting CRMs, ERPs, and business analytics tools like SQL and Power BI. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role and fluency in English is required, with French as a plus.

Job description
PURPOSE

We are looking for Business Systems Support Specialist to enhance the client Global IT Team with a presence in Sharjah for the UAE business focusing on providing day‑time support to staff. Will also be working with the IT Team to implement enhancements and systems across the group with primary focus on HubSpot used for Sales Marketing and other CRM functions. Other packages will be primarily Sales, Finance and Marketing oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support key systems for Sharjah based staff including but not limited to Business Central, Xero, HubSpot, WordPress (website), SharePoint, Azure365 and Reporting, namely utilizing SQL and PowerBI.
  • Work with key stakeholders to translate their business requirements and requests into actionable IT technical specifications.
  • Maintain support and job boards including ticket and project task management.
  • Work with the wider IT Team to deliver IT software changes that meet customer and quality expectations.
  • Generate and manage user group application and email accounts in Hybrid AD/Entra ID environment.
  • Follow clients IT Change Management and Testing procedures to minimize the risk of key business system outages.
  • Work with the IT Team to ensure steady and stable performance of our IT services.
  • Train and support our users on the main business systems.
  • Provide feedback and help the IT Team build by recommending improvement plans/actions.
  • Assist with managing deployment of business systems to FZE staff as well as remote staff and offices.
  • Work with the IT Team on client technology projects and enhancements such as HubSpot, Business Central and Payroll.
  • Professionally work as part of a global team reporting to a remote manager while working on local and global requests.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Support office administration and business operations as required.
Requirements: Education / Experience
  • Degree in IT related disciplines and 5 years experience providing IT in Professional Services, Managed Service Provider (IT) or Manufacturing organization.
  • Experience supporting and/or enhancing CRMs (HubSpot), ERPs (Dynamics Business Central) or other line of business systems.
  • Experience in business analytics notably with SQL and Power BI.
  • Experience supporting Finance and Payroll systems (Xero).
  • Experience providing front‑line support in Microsoft Office, Azure Server, Desktop and Networking systems in small‑medium business environments.
Skills
  • Essential skills: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, SQL, PowerBI; communication skills (spoken and written) with all levels of people; critical thinking, creativity, listening, problem solving and high level of autonomy to process and document workloads.
  • Desirable experience: HubSpot, Business Central, Dynamics, Xero, Website Development (WordPress), Google Analytics, technical configuration of email campaigns (MailChimp).
  • Languages: English (fluent both spoken and written); French (desirable).
