A Day in the Life

The Business Unit Manager Cardiovascular Therapies is responsible for driving revenue growth and sales performance of the cardiovascular portfolio. Reporting directly to the Country Director this role leads sales target achievement revenue planning forecasting accuracy stock governance distributor performance and strategic engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key customers.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth sales targets and market share expansion for cardiovascular therapies
  • Set monitor and deliver annual quarterly and monthly sales targets with strong execution discipline
  • Lead sales forecasting demand planning and inventory management to ensure optimal stock availability
  • Manage and optimize distributor performance including target setting reviews and corrective actions
  • Develop and execute pricing and go-to-market strategies in line with business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs key customers and institutional stakeholders
  • Lead coach and develop a high-performing sales and commercial team
  • Provide regular revenue target and performance updates to the Country Director.
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • 10 years of commercial leadership experience in pharmaceuticals medical devices or healthcare
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and sales targets preferably in cardiovascular or specialty therapies
  • Strong experience in distributor-led sales models forecasting and inventory control
  • Excellent stakeholder management negotiation and leadership skills.
