Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Fragrance to lead the B2B strategic growth of the fragrance division. This role combines creative leadership with strong commercial insight focusing on the development innovation and market positioning of premium fragrance solutions. The Head of Fragrance will play a key role in driving product identity enhancing team performance and expanding revenue streams.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in perfumery spanning both formulation and business strategy while actively contributing to the companys growth and strengthening its global presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fragrance Strategy & Business Development:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the fragrance division aligned with company vision and market demands.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets and customer segments globally.
  • Build roadmaps with clear revenue and market goals.
  • Lead development of fragrance oils essences and finished products.
  • Ensure all formulations meet industry regulations and customer expectations.
  • Manage unit P&L drive profitability and track performance KPIs.
  • Oversee pricing costing and margins while maintaining high product standards.
  • Strengthen partnerships with key clients and suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and strategic agreements to support growth and efficiency.
  • Mentor and lead crossfunctional teams of perfumers and commercial staff.
  • Promote a collaborative and resultsoriented team culture.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Mandatory Expertise:
  • Proven leadership experience in fragrance cosmetics or related industries with a focus on product development trade or distribution in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of fragrance formulation market positioning and product lifecycle management.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial or product leadership roles with at least 5 years in a senior management position overseeing fragrance or beautyrelated operations.
  • Knowledge of the Middle East market is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in leading crossfunctional teams and delivering business growth across international markets.
  • Bachelors degree in chemistry Perfumery Business Administration or a closely related field.
  • A masters degree or certification in perfumery cosmetic science or business leadership is considered an asset.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Excellent business acumen with a strategic and resultdriven mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in managing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
