Job Description

Sell the entire range of business banking products to potential SME prospects and maintain strong relationships with existing clients of the bank.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for the financial year.
  • Prospect in targeted markets, meeting standards in phone calls and face-to-face visits.
  • Present and sell all business banking products and services to potential customers ethically and professionally.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
  • Adhere to the bank's KYC & AML policies.
  • Ensure KYC guidelines are followed during onboarding of business banking customers.
  • Act as an external contact between the bank and its markets.
  • Participate in micro-marketing activities, including SME events and direct marketing.
  • Handle objections to facilitate sales.
  • Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.

Participate in team activities such as morning huddles, training, coaching, mandatory compliance, fraud training, and celebrations.

Qualifications

  • Confidence, persistence, good personality, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SME banking products, policies, and processes.
  • Graduate in any discipline with 1-2 years of banking sales experience.
