Business Development Manager - Tele Sales

Location: Dubai

Role Purpose: The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading a team of telesales representatives in the sale of personal finance and covered cards via the phone in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a telesales agent or team leader in the UAE as well as a strong understanding of banking sales origination and lead management systems.

Key Metrics
  • Lead a team of telesales representatives in the sale of personal finance and covered cards.
  • Set and track team sales goals.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
Key Accountabilities of the role
  • Monitor and track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all assigned leads to team are attended to by agents immediately.
  • Performance reporting and planning for team level targets.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing sales representatives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of sales campaigns.
  • Adhere to compliance and ethical standards.
  • Handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts within the sales team or with customers in a professional and effective manner.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role
