Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver professional business proposals and presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of UAE experience, with at least 2 years in a management or senior business development role.
  • Proven background in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Experience or exposure to the IT industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
