About Teldrip
Teldrip is an advanced call tracking and Pay-Per-Call management platform designed to enhance lead management, call routing, and campaign performance. It enables Brokers, Advertisers, and Publishers to track, analyse, and optimize call-based marketing campaigns. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in SaaS sales, call tracking solutions, or the Pay-Per-Call industry to drive growth, acquire new clients, and expand our market reach.

The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Setting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these.
- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
- Managing a team of 1-5 people.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 5 years experience within a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the IT Infrastructure / Blockchain / Cloud Computing, IT Services and Telecommunications industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of B2B SAAS, Affiliate Marketing, Pay Per Call industries and Affiliate Marketing.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
