What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Manager IBM Software youll play a critical role in driving and improving vendor sales while meeting both vendor and company objectives and targets. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning strategizing and executing them along with the PMs assigned for the product
  • Research and study of Ingram Micros position/market share per region / channel segment and share inputs to the PMs
  • Support the execution of Marketing Plan working closely with marketing team for implementation and for measuring each event success rate.
  • Suggest Reseller Programs for different Channel Segments to insure the right penetration and sales of different product segments to the right Reseller Segments for the assigned business
  • Generate sales pipeline and ensuring closures through negotiations and value propositions
  • Development of close relations with the vendor channel at every level.
What You Bring to the Role

  • A graduate degree with 3-5 years of experience in IT sales/Business Development especially in IBM Software.
  • Experience working with IT system integrators and dealing with end-users.
  • Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.

  • A strong customer-first mentality able to utilize relationships to drive results.
