Business Development Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑oriented Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives within the Aviation, Defense, Marine, and Consulting sectors. This role is critical in driving business expansion, securing high‑value contracts, and forging strategic partnerships with government entities, OEMs, and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across aviation, defense, marine, and consulting divisions.
  • Develop and execute market expansion strategies for regional and international growth.
  • Build and manage long‑term relationships with government clients, OEMs, suppliers, and key partners.
  • Lead proposal preparation, RFP/RFQ/tender submissions, and commercial negotiations.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and procurement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation, Defense, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
  • Proven success in the Aviation, Defense, Maritime, or Government Consulting industries.
  • Hands‑on experience in government procurement and B2G sales in the GCC (UAE preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in securing high‑value projects/contracts.
