We are expanding in the Middle East & Africa region and are looking for cornerstone talent to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead market entry strategies in new countries or customer segments within the MEA region.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide intelligence for strategic planning.

  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including distributors, developers, consultants, and EPCs.

  • Initiate and structure large-scale or strategic cooperation projects.

  • Prepare and present business development reports, strategy proposals, and investment evaluations for management.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, or related fields

  • At least 3 years of business development experience in the solar industry (photovoltaics, energy storage, inverters, etc.), with proven success in market expansion.

  • Strong understanding of the MEA renewable energy landscape, policies, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Experience in cross-border or strategic partnership management.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
