Job Purpose
To deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets for by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable options, and maintaining strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and grow business from the corporate sector through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship management.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge, including vehicle features, benefits, pricing structures, and customized rental solutions for corporate clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and client retention.
- Assist customers with the accurate completion of rental agreements and related documentation, ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in the system, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and remain competitive.
- Participate in training programs to continuously enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer engagement techniques.
- Collaborate closely with finance and after-sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively channel customer requests, complaints, and feedback to the relevant departments and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, including dress code, attendance, ethics, and code of conduct.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer engagement strategies, and service excellence standards.
- Solid knowledge of the rental industry, including market dynamics, pricing models, and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using rental management software and digital tools to ensure accurate bookings, contracts, and reporting.
