A leading precision machining and metal fabrication company is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Oil & Gas, Defense, Power Generation, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors.

The Opportunity

You will spearhead new business acquisition and key account growth for a fully equipped machine shop offering CNC machining, metal fabrication, and precision-engineered components.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute sales and BD strategies for CNC machining and fabrication services
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline with EPCs, OEMs, and end users
  • Identify opportunities in Oil & Gas, Defense, Power, Petrochemical, and Marine
  • Prepare and present technical–commercial proposals and quotations
  • Work closely with workshop/production teams to align capacity with client demand
  • Maintain and grow key accounts, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships
Ideal Profile
  • 5–10 years of Business Development / Sales experience in precision machining, fabrication, or industrial manufacturing
  • Strong network with EPC contractors, OEMs, and industrial clients in the UAE/GCC
  • Solid understanding of CNC machining, metal fabrication, materials (ferrous & non‑ferrous), and engineered components
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • UAE experience is highly preferred
